Benedict Court will be a 6-story 120-unit building one block off Greenwich Avenue in downtown Greenwich. It is targeted to empty nesters wanting to stay in Greenwich without the burdens of home ownership. It will also include 48 units of moderate income housing aimed at those who work in Greenwich but can't afford currently to buy or rent in Greenwich.
475 Clermont Avenue
Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, NY
475 Clermont is a 12-story 363-unit building at the entrance to and blending into Brownstone Brooklyn. It was one of the first residential development projects by RXR Realty. Some distinctive features are a resident chef, a courtyard with indoor/outdoor children's playroom and indoor/outdoor fitness center.
Avalon Fort Greene
343 Gold Street, Brooklyn, NY
Avalon Fort Greene is a 42-story 631 unit project that was one of the first high rise residential buildings in Downtown Brooklyn, Avalon Fort Greene was at the front of a wave of new residential construction that turned Downtown Brooklyn into a new bustling mixed-use neighborhood. It was built in the midst of the global financial crisis.
The Eugene
435 West 31st Street, Manhattan
The Eugene is a 62-story 844-unit project that was the first residential tower in Brookfield's Manhattan West project. Manhattan West sits between Penn Station and the Hudson Yards project. It is replete with amenities, including a regulation size basketball court, a climbing wall, and a spectacular rooftop terrace.
Avalon on the Sound
40 Memorial Highway, New Rochelle, NY
Now known as Skyline New Rochelle, Avalon on the Sound East is a 38-story 588-unit tower in downtown New Rochelle. It was the second high rise built by AvalonBay as part of the revitalization of the New Rochelle downtown. The building has an exercise facility on the top floor with views of Manhattan, the Long Island Sound, and Westchester County.
Avalon Riverview North
4-75 48th Avenue, Long Island City, NY
Avalon Riverview North is a 39-story 602-unit apartment tower, located on the East River waterfront in Long Island City, facing Manhattan. Riverview North was the second high rise rental building in Long Island City. Since Riverview was built, Long Island City has become a hub of development activity.
360 Huguenot
New Rochelle, NY
Located in downtown New Rochelle, 360 Huguenot is a 28-story high rise with 280 apartments. It was the first project built by RXR as a part of the rezoning of downtown New Rochelle. Since its construction, there have been 25 projects approved for the downtown, taking advantage of the simplified and transparent zoning process.
